Outdoor Power Equipment and Small Engines - lawntractor snowblower attachment

I have a old agway ( mtd 800 ) tractor woth a snowblower attachment. I keep throwing the belt that runs the auger ( belt # 754 0295) after hours of searching I found a ipl for the blower unit. now my question I have just 2, 4 inch pulleys installed right now from looking at the ipl it looks like on the back 4 in there is a tensioner (sp) of some type I have everything for that except for the spring I just need help understanding how the pulley installs to it.

does the blower have a model number? I have a 85 mtd 800 and have a book with the blowers for it. I looked up the 40" blowers and found IPLs but it looks similar but not the same as your ipl.
I don't have a blower but have been looking for one that looked like the ipl I found. i think my 40" models are 190-930 and 190-832 with 832 being the newer model.
I found a copy of the manual for the 832 in pdf format. i might be able to upload so you can see it.
i just noted that auger belt on 832 is 754 0294

looks like yours is 190-831 which does have 0295 belt. now if i could remember where i got the 832 pdf.
