i have a toro S200 snowthrower and it starts great. once its running moves snow really good, actually surprises me. anyhow about 5 to 10 minutes later it starts to bog down with normal use (wont take large amounts of snow then gets worse and worse), so i take it a little easier then it gets to the point where i might as well grab a shovel. any help please.

First thing to check is if the fuel cap is venting properly and if so then you should remove the exhaust manifold and have a look at the condition of the piston & cylinder, which, if this is your trouble you likely are in the early stages of internal engine failure.
