I have programed my vista 20 to call my cell phone, but I am not getting a handshake/kissoff. The system calls my cell phone eight times before stopping. What fields do I need to populate and what values should I use? My system is no longer being monitored by the alarm survalance center.

Please read the sticky concerning having alarms call regular phones. You need to use the pager format.
