I am starting to work on my Daughters small Craftsman snow blower.4 HP 4 cycle
It does have spark with a new plug-put a drop of fuel into cylinder head and it runs for a second-removed float bowl and is full of fuel and continues to leak out fuel until you raise float-pump primer button around 10 times and it starts to pump a little fuel into the cylinder head from the center nozzle of carb and will start and run for a second until that fuel burns off.
Do I need to pull the carb off and try to clean any ports or are there mixture screws that could be plugged that would do this?
I dont know if fuel was removed prior to storage
Thanks for any input.

I'd start by cleaning the tiny holes (4 I believe) in the bolt that holds the bowl on the carburetor.
