Is this estimate for complete unite, the air handler in the basement (or somewhere inside the house) as well as the heat pump unit outside?

I have the same unit Ruud 13 SEER which was installed about 5 years ago. Total price for both unites was 2950.00 but that was because a friend in the business did it for me.

If I had John Doe A/C Services do it, I think it would have gone well over $4K. Get a few more prices for peace of mind.

I really like Ruud, open the side panel on the out side unit and everything is right there. I put a coat of auto wax on mine once a year, still looks new.
