Hi, if someone can help me, it would be great. This has a 15.5 hp OHV Motor. I went to start it, and it won't start. I thought it was the carbuerator, because It seemed like it was getting to much gas. I put a brand new carbuerator on, and it still won't start. I checked the spark plug for spark, with a a spark tester. It appears to have no spark. This motor is not the original motor. This motor is from a carftsman 2000. To me it seems like it is still getting to much gas? I'm stuck? Thanks Chris

If you'd post the engine make and model, we'd be able to give you some info about how to diagnose it.
