I have opened the panel on my Lennox unit outside my house. Inside is a circuit board with led lights and a legend that says what they should be doing. Example, both lights on means everything is good. The whole system is dead until I press the 240 contacts together on the outside unit but the circuit board led's do not come on and the tstat(inside the house) does not power up either. Is it this circuit board that runs the 24 v system or is there any other place to look? Where could I get this circuit board? Thank goodness it is winter in Florida! Thanks for any help:)

Your 24 volt should be coming from the air handler inside.

Make sure the breaker/fuse is good at the house main panel, and some time there is a fuse on/near the air handler.

I have power at the air handler and it turns on when I close the contacts at the outside unit. However, I do see where all the wires from the thermostat, outside unit and water pan trip switch come together and these wires are not getting power. I cannot find a fuse/breaker close anywhere near the wiring. I have power right up to the wiring harness where all the wires are twisted together. Not sure where to go from here....

Found it! I cut off the zip tie to open the bundle of wires and there is an on off trip/switch on the bottom of the transformer?! Thanks for pointing me back to the air handler area!:wall:
