Just wrapping up replacing vanity, laying tile, pant etc. my bathroom. Did do anything other then cosmetic's...

Installed new pedestal sink using the old (perfectly functioning) facet and install went flawlessly until I installed the water lines and the water pressure is next null.

Any thoughts?

Several things could be causing the problem. Disturbing the lines may have created enough debris to partially block the faucet aerator. Remove it and check the pressure.

Disconnect the supply lines from the faucet. opne the stops and see what kind of flow you have. If it's OK then the problem is in the faucet. Debris may be clogging the valve.

If you used teflon tape on any of the connections it may be blocking part of the pipe ID.

I just had the same problem and installed the new stem cartridges twice thinking I had put them in wrong.

It turned out to be the clogged screen on the spout.

The spout screen is quite often the culprit in this situation. when changing the plumbing, debris is dislodged and ends up trapped in the screen, reducing pressure greatly. Clean the screen first - then move to checking the valves.
