im in a house i bought over the summer and the heat pump worked great over the summer ....now thats its gotten cold my furnace produces cold air and on heat and emergency heat.....what can i try to do to see if its a quick fix?

What all runs on heat????? What runs when you push tstat over to EME or AUX heat. Any fuses in the furnace???? What runs if you go to cool????

on em heat cold aicomes out on reg heat cold air comes out ...on cool cold air comes out....there are fuses in the furnace they werent tripped....
