Ok..just had a plumber leave the house and he told me that i need to replace my 40 gallon water heater that is from 1989(needless to say it came with the house and im feeling pretty thankful it lasted this long!!) Where do I go? Menards, Home Depot, Lowes? Im extremely tight on money and I have absolutely no hot water at all now!! I'd appreciate any input... Thank you:coffee:

Since you already have a plumber, ask him to install a Bradford-White. IMO it's one of the top brands and made in the USA.

Jim, thanks for the advice...checked into it and having it installed today by a friend. One thing after another lately. I appreciate it.
