What happens when you move t-stat from fan AUTO to ON?

You say the outdoor unit does work, just not the inside in both heat and cool?

What lug are you talking about?

Even where the power is going on the other side is hot? It look like a dio but one side looks like it's going to the heat strips, I by pass the tstat and jump at the temial strip the white and red and still nothing motor does not comes no noise, strips do not get hot,,, but I have power.

Take your meter to R and C, should read 24 volts.. If nothing, then I need more info.

Make and model of the air handler?

Have you checked for a small fuse on the control board inside the unit??? That should be for your 24V in the system

Are you talking about the small control board, inside the unit, it looks like the 24v trans is on that Unit?... if so what does the fuse look like. Does all the leads that go to the t-stat come from that?..... Would the red and blue is where I check for the 24v?.. thanks

Look for Auto fuse type, or small glass tube fuse on the control board.

Otherwise, find the t-stat wire that comes from the t-stat to the control, look for R or W (some times it's red and white)

This is not a gas unit, so I have no safety switch on the door it a Goodman air handler, after looking on the control board, there is not a fuse anywhere on it, on inline fuse?... after looking further I was able to to get a reading with my meter is saying 29v at the termail strip, but still nothing will cut anything on?
