sir: i recently inherited a mountain home with rather moderate to severe water well problems. i had the water tested by an independent lab[ WaterSoft]. here are the results.
hardness: 8.18 gpg CaCO3
P.H.: 7.50 units
iron: 9.965 ppm
manganese: 3.10 ppm
tannin: NT
sodium salt; 5 ppm
TDS: 145ppm
Turbidity: 90 NTU units
Color: 305 units
Odor: 0
Rust: 0
my question is: what type of filtration system eg. pyrolox vs.greensand and what kind of water softner and sediment filter would you recomend for best results. you may post this and /or send me just an e-mail. thank you for any help. del litz:semper fi
