When I start it I will choke it and it will run but when I take it off it dies.Took the carb off cleaned carb with carb cleaner still does not work there is no screws that I see to take off so I'm at a loss right now is there any thing I can do

Assuming that the engine is a Tecumseh, remove the large
nut on the bottom of the carb and remove it. That nut
holds the "bowl" on, and also has tiny passages in it
that are likely plugged up, and sometimes just cleaning them out will get you going, there is also sometimes a real tiny hole
at the bottom of the threads that can be cleared with a tiny wire.
