I have a DW958K-2 drill and the new brushes. I git the motor out but for the life of me cannot figure out how to get the brushes out. Any one know of any online instructions?

Don't have an answer, have the same problem. ordered & received the brush kit, have the motor in my hand but don't want to damage anything so went searching and have found nothing yet. Good Luck
