While placing siding on my house, I put a screw completely through my 1/2 copper water pipe 1/8 an inch above the concrete foundation. I am wary of trying to try a Coupling, fearing the soldering will not fill in around the bottom because of the concrete. Is there an insert or any ideas? (P.S. putting the screw back in isn't going to work).
ANY HELP is GREATLY appreciated!!!)

You can use a reducer coupling. One end fits inside the half inch pipe the other end returns back to half inch.

If you are good with a torch you could try to sill-floss the hole closed. You need a turbo torch at the least. This would probably be the quickest and easiest way.
