I would like some feedback/recommendations on food composting bins. Where can you buy and is there something specific I should look for? I would like to put discarded food in the bin.

Please advise.

I've used the earth machine: http://www.compost-bin.org/earth-machine/ with good results. At the height of one season I was able to turn out compost in ~3 months. Just put it in a shady spot, balance your browns and greens and water as needed. Good luck!
