I have tried several universal remotes but they are all too complicated. I am looking for something that has a good display/User Interface. A touch panel would be great. I do not care if it needs to be AC powered. I am trying to control a Sharp LCD, Onyko Sound System, DVD, DVR, and a VCR (the VCR is not important). Any suggestions?

If you're looking for ease, I recommend the Harmony line of remotes, and the Monster remotes, which have the same features, and are probably made by Harmony.

These are programmed over the web (for free), and then give you selections on your remote such as watch DVD or Watch TV. All you do is answer questions on the web. You tell them you make and model of devices, what devices are on and their settings for each thing. For example:
Watch DVD:
TV on input 4
Receiver on, DVD1
DVD on.

So when you select watch DVD, it turns those things on to those settings. If you want to switch to watch tv, it will change the tv input, turn on the cable box, change the reciever input, and turn off the dvd player.

My customers love them, though I had an older lady with long nails that had trouble with the 890 model, but it has different buttons than the others.

Also, touch screens aren't always easier, and frequently dirty. Plus, I do a lot by feel. I know where the buttons are. But that's just me.

Seconded. The Logitech Harmony 880 is a great little product.
