The volume (whether it is controlled using the remote or directly from the TV) works properly until about 1/2 of the maximum volume. Past that, it will not go louder (even though it shows on the TV that the volume is increasing/decreasing). I have tried disconnecting the TV, resetting it, but that didn't do anything. When I opened the TV, I didn't see any disrupted connection. I have a multimeter to help me target the problem. Where should I look first? Does anyone have the service manual for that model? Are you using the internal speakers or sending the TV audio to an audio receiver?
