I have seen some street legal quads in some other states, but never here in TN. I am wondering if anyone knows were i can get some info on how to do this or seeing if it can be done?
I know I would have to put all the gizmos and gadgets on it, but the main thig is can it be done.

Anytime you have a charged battery on a vehicle you can add the lighting kits to hit most of the street legal requirements. There would be other things like brakes and possibly a horn.
Different states would have a different set of requirements, although there would be a great deal of similarity amongst them.
I would contact the Highway Patrol in Tennessee for that information.
Hope this helps,
Bob
