We have bathroom windows that have imitation stained glass on them. (house was built 12 yrs ago)

Essentially I think they are like a large decal, Not Contact paper

Due to our FL sun, they are now "crumbling" off. I attempted to remove decal from one window with laquer remover and a double edge razor, it did not all come off. They are really "baked on" as a result of sun.

We do not wish to replace the windows, so expert advice will be appreciated

I'd switch to WD40 and a single edged razor blade.

Thanx, will give it a try

Wondering if the WD 40 will leave a film on the glass....

guess then will get out the vinegar or alcohol

WD40 does evaporate, but alcohol should help if you want it gone faster.
