Tv was working fine then on thanksgiving day eve the picture was darker than normal. I read through the operating guide and discovered it maybe it needed a convergence adjustment. When I brought up the adjustment screen I noticed that the blue and red crosses are both slightly rotated clockwise. I can adjust both up and down and left to right. This did help slightly by aligning them up at the center point yet the outer perimeter are off. Is this something that has to be fixed by a qualified technician or is there something that else that I could possibly attempt.
