This is a residence built somtime in the late 70s to early 80s.

Sheetrock, insulation, tile shower. Everything needs to go to the dump. Just wondering if I'll have problems with waste disposal of this kind of stuff.

Your municipality may have separate locations for rubbish versus C&D material (construction and demolition). Where I formerly lived, we had to plan on trucking it to the next county to a dedicated C&D fill area, however at no additional cost to us, since there was some sort of reciprocity between counties.
