I am looking to buy a used manufactured Home and have already looked for one. Though I have checked it and am comfortable with it but I feel I need a specialist’s advice. Would some one be of help!

I have found some beautiful pieces of property and would have loved to buy them but it either had a trailer home or a manufactured home on it and the loan I was pre-approved for would not allow me to buy either one.:wall:
