Hi Guys

Can someone let me know how to replace ceiling tile with a recessed light in it?

The way I do it is to remove the trim ring and then the light fixture from above and just set it on the tile next to the one you're replacing. Take the old tile out and lay it on the new one to trace the can light circle in the right place and cut it out. Sometimes there are screws on the ends of the can light bracket into the ceiling grid.
