I have a Hitachi ultravision rear projection model 60ux57b.
I need to get into the service mode.

Colour is off any help would be appreciated.

but i need the procedure for getting into service mode.

Why do you think it's a convergence problem if your colors off? Just wondering. I assume you tried the auto convergence (I assume it has one in the user menu). Did this problem just happen?

i have done anything yet....i fixed another with the same problem from the service mode but can't remember how to get in its been a while.
