Hello those with the knowledge. I have a Payne PG9M 90+ condensing, propane gas furnace. Started up for first time this season, and got a bunch of codes, checked all around, killed power and restarted and now continuously have a code 33, roll out open. Combustion box gets very warm, or hot I should say, hence roll out open, within 1-3minutes of ignition. Intake and exhaust all clear. Flame in sight glass looks soft and not, say getting pushed into exchanger keeping heat in combustion box. Inducer runs, condensate flows, although how much pressure should be pushed by inducer? Removed return and forced sides of duct work so no restriction of forced air. Any insight is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Roll out open typically tells you that either you have a cracked heat exchanger or that you have a restriction in your flue piping. Only way to check inducer motor is to use a manometer to check how much pressure you are creating with motor running. How old is the unit, and have you do you have a screen on the end of your pvc pipes outside?
On a unit that is giving you codes I would have to suspect your unit is not that old. If you have a restiction, typically the inducer motor would not close the pressure switch, hence wont allow your gas to flow. Please update with more info.

unit is three to four years old. Pressure switch is working , watched as diaphram moved. No screens on pipe ends , but was able to get a golf ball all the way through both tubes, and also ran unit without piping for elimination. My fear has been a damaged heat exchanger. thanks

There could also be a restriction in the heat exchanger caused by soot, rust, or even insects. I worked on one several years ago where wasps had built a nest in the secondary heat exchager tubes.
Do you see any change in the flame when the fan comes on?

Since I see no mention of it, does the circulating fan come on? If so, does it seem to be blowing normally?

found out there is a class action lawsuit on these furnaces, they are made by Bryant and have poorly made heat exchangers. Service co. says I will getting a whole new furnace.

Yes, Payne is made by Carrier of which Bryant is a division.
Is this replacement going to be totally free (furnace & labor) or just the furnace?

unfortunately just the furnace :( I will be responsible for labor. I had a choice of heat exchanger or complete furnace  It would take more labor for the exchanger, kinda a dumb question, if you ask me
