We would like to put cfl bullbs in our ceiling fan. But our remote control has a dimming feature in it. Is there a way to disable this so that the light is just either on or off at full brightness?

I don't think so. I recommend that you buy CFL bulbs that can be dimmed.

Where do I find dimmable cfls?
Also, are there any replacement remotes that won't dim the lights? I'm not a big fan of the dimming feature, anyway. :o

The dimming has nothing to do with the remote, although you do use the remote to change the level. The dimming is part of the light itself.

You can find CFLs that dim at the stores or on-line, the same place you find regular CFLs.
