I want to build baseboard heating covers. I don't want to aluminum covers they sell at the stores. Has anyone ever built any? What kind of wood to use? Any help would be great.

Thank You

Welcome to the forums! I seriously doubt you should make baseboard heater covers out of wood. It is flammable, and will expand and contract with heat and cold.

If you can draw up what you want well enough, any sheet metal shop could make it for you.
