I just bought a new battery and replaced the fuse. Sounds like a car out of gas. The engine just won't start. Have not rode for a few months and it is garage stored. As a woman wanted to hear others thoughts before I let the dealership take advantage of me.
Oh yeah the lights will not come on either. I find it strange that the the gear lights come on but not the had and tail lights. Is there another fuse other than the one in the battery line I should be looking for? I have read and re-read my manual which is no help.

you might want to drain the gas and add fresh gas. Make sure no nests are in the airbox area, blocking air. The lights may be a couple things, does it try to light when cranking the engine ? is battery fully charged?
