I own a Phillips Magnavox TP3281-C101, Chassis #: 32D700-7570, and after cleaning the glass, I no longer have any sound, at first it was warbelled and the on/off button was flashing , but now nothing, but I do have a nice clear picture as usual. Can you tell me what I would need to do to get this fixed besides taking it to a repair shop.
Part # and/or where it's located would be most appreciated. Thanks for your assistance. I don't want to buy a new television

Can't give you part #'s if we don't know what is wrong with it. It is likely you got some cleaning solution down in the unit and it shorted out a board.

If it shorted out the board, would I still get a picture? What information would you need to know in order for you to tell me what I need to know to repair it?

How did you clean the glass?

With a spray on glass cleaner and I think some of it ran down inside the front of the television, that's when the on/off light started flashing, the sound got warbled and now no sound at all

Yep, you're right. It may work again after it dries out, but you're probably going to have to have someone look at it to find the short and replace the part.
Incidentally, the proper way to clean a TV, mirror, picture,... is to spray the cleaner on the rag, rather than the object to be cleaned - doesn't run down that way.
