I'm going to be installing an under-cabinet microwave. The wall construction is concrete block with ceramic tile on top. Can you make a recommendation for the best type fastener to use to attach the mounting plate to the wall?
Thanks.

two holes, one at least as wide as the screw through the tile and then a pilot hole into the block with tapcon screws.

Thanks. Those are those blue or green screws right?

They are blue, but not to be confused with the blue cement board screws or the green backer screws. You can get a small pack with the masonry bit but you will need something for the tile. A piece of duct tape over the spot help to prevent the bit from walking across the tile.
Good Luck.
