Accessories - Housewares - Finishing Touches - Is there any alternative?

:coffee: Hi again the flat my bf is renting a rather nice partly furnished flat at the moment but it needs a few finishing touches, we have put a clock in the bedroom as there was a hook already there, but it really needs a clock in the kitchen and bathroom ideally, we or rather he doesn't want to start making holes in the walls, as understandably its not our property :thinker: thus I wondered if there is an alternative something else, an adhesive or tape that is stong enough to hang a clock up?;)

I've had pretty good luck with 3M Command adhesive hooks. Pretty widely available in the US, but your use of the word "flat" tells me you're not in the US, so I'm unsure of where you'll be able to find them.

Is there nothing else that you could use to hang up clocks etc?

What if you just don't hang them and have them lean them on or against something? OR buying a standing clock?

Why don't you want to use the adhesive hooks? There are different types of strong adhesive hooks you can use and some won't even leave a mark on the wall if you needed to remove them.

Last I knew the doityourself.com store had at least some of the 3M Command adhesive hooks available (shipped to you) if they are not available locally

The complete line includes all sizes and specific purpose hooks, including picture/frame/clock hooks

I have used many of the types/styles and can vouch for them as excellent products
