Greetings - Stanley is great about backing its products and sent me a new wheel assembly for my sliding mirror door. For the life of me - I can't even begin to remove the old one. Is this possible for a DIY'r or were they just sending me a bandaid!

I've tried to locate their tech help but couldn't find anything to deal with this particular problem and my email went unanswered. I'm not in contact with the door at this time and can't send a photo but it is in an elongated metal case - the wheel is on the bottom (not the side) and there are hooks that look like they may lock into place. I don't want to force the old one and possibly crack the mirror. Any ideas? Thanks :coffee:

You might try lifting up on the mirror. Or contact the manufacturer at http://www.fortglass.com/page17.html
