hello all, hope all are well. i would like th build CLOSET IN MY ATTIC. i will be putting them aganst the front wall of the house next to the stairs. the problem i see happining is the slope angle. how do i measuer it for the studs, and the drywall to compleats the walls? im getting hung up on the angles. thanks again dave

I find it easy to replicate angles by using an angle duplicator, similar to http://cgi.ebay.com/Vintage-STANLEY-ANGLE-DUPLICATOR-from-1897_W0QQitemZ330109590958QQcmdZViewItem, then transfer the angle to either the studs or the drywall. Place a small torpedo level on the main part of the duplicator, and, keeping it plumb, find the angle with the metal part, then tighten the nut to keep it there.

I use the same tool Larry mentioned.

After I measure the angle with the angle duplicator, I transfer the angle to my mitre saw and get the angle in degrees from the scale on the saw. I can then set the angle as many times as I want to make cuts of the same angle. Good luck with your project.
