I have a tub/shower and want to break out the tub and convert it to a regular shower. What is the least expensive way to do this? My mother stays at this house sometimes and can not step into a tub. We will rent this lakehouse out sometimes so it needs to look CLEAN. It has old American Standard fixtures so I know I'll need new ones and we'll need to tear into that wall. The opening is 77" (there's a bench at one end).
