Leaks a drip about every 3-seconds. How can I fix this leak myself? It does not make any funny noises on or off.

Needs new cartridge, or components to rebuild it. You may also need to buy a cartridge extractor tool, about $20. Assuming that it is a posi-temp faucet, cartridge is about $35.
