Motorcycles, Snowmobiles, Go-Carts, ATV's and Golf Carts - How do I pick the best golf cart - pref gas?

I recently relocated to Sun City, the land of golf carts. If a guy, just an every day joe, wanted to get a second hand cart, what would I look for? Best makes, models, age, features, etc?
