The fan is blowing air but its not coming out hot, on my electrical fireplace. Does anyone know what the problem migt be?

well it sounds like the heating element is not coming on. IYou might have a bad control, open or bad limit, burned off wiring, bad heating element. Could be several things. You would have to open it up and take a look. Power off of course!

Your heat element may be covered by manufacturer's warranty. Dimplex covers these issues for 1, 2, 5 or 10 years depending upon model. Classic Flame for 1 year. A call to tech support at either company will allow them to determine problem and verify warranty.
