hello just recently purchased a roper washer model #RAS7133KQ1 and it is not filling with water. what could be the issue?

Assuming you do have water pressure to the washer check to make sure the screens are not clogged at the valve on the back of the washer. Check to make sure you are getting voltage to the water valve(s). Was this unit purchased brand new? If so, call for warranty service if you are sure you are getting water pressure to the washer.
