I framed in my porch and placed a wood frame screen door. The opening is and remains square. My problem is that the wooden screen door will dip down on the swinging end and rub the concrete floor at times of high moisture. Is there something to help stop or minimize this when the door gets moist from rain? I remember as a child seeing a pair of small rods with a turn bucket on these doors. Will something like that help.

The door is very likely not the problem. The top hinge in probably needs to be secured a little more. Try using at least 1 longer screw that is connecting the hinge to the frame. The hinge should actually be attached to a stud.
Alternatively, you might consider shortening the door slightly and add a flexible door sweep to the bottom of the door.

A turnbuckle is definitely in order on the screen door. None of the joints of the rails and stiles can take moisture and the weight.

Ditto on the turnbuckle. We had one on our screen door when I was a kid.

I checked the hinges and both were very secure to the stud. I lifted the dragging end of the screen door and noted alot of movement of at least an inch.. A quick trip to hardware store and a small turnbuckle later and all is square again.
Thanks for all the ideas.
