I am looking for an electrical schematic for my Kenmore/Whirlpool refrigerator (model: 106.56532400) with the ice bucket in the door. No ice is being made and I have tested every part except the electrical control panel on the right of the door. I think it uses an IR led. I used my digital camera and I did not see any glow from the IR led. I also only have 109.5 VAC at the icemaker connector and there is 118 VAC at the wall plug. 8.5 VAC is lost in the refrigerator somewhere!!! Is there a relay in the refrigerator that the control panel turns on and off to control the icemaker motor?

Thanks

I am looking for an electrical schematic for my Kenmore/Whirlpool refrigerator How about something better - Whirlpool indoor ice system repair manual (https://secured.whirlpool.com/Service/SrvTechAdm.nsf/2cd44500d572193285256a45004fd9d6/8527f904cc8ea8cd85256b5800672333/$FILE/4322658A.pdf).

Also, check the fill tube in the freezer ceiling. Make sure it's not blocked.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the Ice system Manual. Yes, I checked the water delivery system and it is not blocked and the water solenoid valve for the ice maker works fine. The emitter module is the only part I have not tested and the relay, if there is one.

Thanks,

Keith Jones
