Hi,
I know, I should have looked more carfully on the old one,
but... !
I am trying to replace the drum drive belt on an old Kenmore electric Dryer. Have the new belt.
The belt seems to have a smooth side, and a "webbed" or grooved side.
Which side goes AGAINST, and is in actual contact, with the drum, please ?
Thank you very much,
Bob

The ribbed side contacts the drum. Smooth side contacts the tensioner. Grooved side fits on the motor shaft.
