I am looking at purchasing a ZTR for 3 acres at home plus 2 large rental properties - an 8 family and four townhouses in a row. The above ZTR with 30 hours demo is $4200.

Opinions would be most appreciated.

Sorry, I have no experience with that mower so I can't give you a real opinion. In general, I think most husqvarna products are a value. Some are better values than others, and some are among the best. If you have acess to service and parts locally, it probably isn't something you'd go wrong with.
