I have some questions, first is how do i get to the internals, second is this washer will not drain and the aggatator just kinda nudges in small increments, any ideas or suggestions?

ok got it to pump water but the agitater still won't spin on its own with no load:wall:

old machine? does it have a small access panel on the back of the machine?
