My contractor grouted between the tub and floor tile.
Should I remove the grout and put caulk down? OR
Put some clear silicon caulk over the grout?
Thanks!

The joint should have been caulked not grouted. That being said you can leave it alone, and if it cracks at a later date remove it and replace it with caulk. Caulking over it will do no good. The reason this joint gets caulked is that there will be some movement in the tub and the grout will not be able to stand the movement. Id leave it til it cracks, who knows maybe it wont?

I agree - don't go through the work of digging the grout out unless it cracks.
