My toilet in the basement (mounted on cement) makes a horrific noise that vibrates almost the entire house. This usually occurs at the time of flushing, . I asked a plumber and he said the toilet bowl drain does not have an exhaust/vent?!?! This makes me suspicious, is it true or is there a way to fix it??? Regards.
