I am trying to figure out a "stalling" problem with a 93' Yamaha golf cart model G9A. It is a 4-cycle gas powered model. It seems that once you get going around the property and drive it for a while, all of the sudden, it overheats and dies? It just stops going. With the foot on the pedal, you hear the starter turning, but you don't go anywhere. It just sounds like it does initially right before you take off...kind of like idling? Any suggestions? It also seems that when you push on the pedal while driving, that there is some hesitancy as to when the cart starts to "go". You can lay off the pedal a bit to try to go slower and it seems like there is not in-between. It goes right to fast or hardly at all. Are these problems related? I'm clueless when it comes to golf carts. Please Help!:wall:

try to adjust the valves, the gap should be .005-.006
also make sure timing is correct, crank and cam on proper marks.
maybe to hot of a plug
