Im in Australia and recentley got stainless steel security mesh windows and doors installed to my house, we are near the sea, now 3 of the 4 screens are showing brown stains.
The installer says its result of sea air which I cant believe as one of the doors has no marks whatsoever. They say should wash and clean more often which we do every 4 weeks, has anyone come accross this before? It was quite expensive so would like the problem solved if possible.

Hi there,
contact these guys for technical assistance, coz ur real stainless steel should not be doing that...and you don't have to clean it that often www.assda.asn.au/asp/index.asp
