My house has needed to be treated for termites since I've owned it. I have been putting it off because of other home projects or lack of funds. I may DIY because I still want to do some work that would disturb the ground that way I can spot treat it when needed. Tengard is cheaper, premise kills and I like that! However I was told that I have to mix it 25gal at a time ,I don't have anything to mix in unless I can use 5gal buckets and mix them all together? These are just the chemicals that caught my eye feel free to recommend something else. If I decide to have a pro do this should I ask for a particular chemical? Thanks.

I personally prefer biological controls or organics, but the bait system also works well unless you see active infestations.
