Hi,

I'm trying to get a 33" (+/- 1 ") round frosted glass table top with a counterheight base. I did a lot of online research and couldn't find anything.
Out of luck?

The glass is easy..........any glass shop can order it for you. You might find the counter height base at a restaurant supply.

Well, the problem is to attach the glass to the base. The local glass shops couldn't help

What material and size will the base be and what will the finished product be used for?

I'm trying to build a small kitchen table, 33" diameter.

The general design of the base would be like this:

However, I saw complete tales (just not my size) that don't have a spider on top. The post in the middle attaches directly to the glass table top. Here is one that found (just not the correct size:

That concept would be ideal.

The first base will show the "spider" through the glass. The second base looks nice but I don't know how stable it would be. The glass is probably adhered to the base with an epoxy or the cement that holds the rear view mirror in cars.
